Owner description: Savannah Cultural Heritage Tours, Concerts, and Events was founded by R. Chase Anderson aka "The Founder." These experiences step beyond mere walking tours of Savannah to embrace direct cultural experiences including Southern Storytelling, Vintage Theater, and Music in and around an 1863 house at Forsyth Park -- The Artist Inn. Encounter off-the-grid locations known only to locals. The Founder is a downtown Savannah local, Southern storyteller, musician, and historian with ancestral downtown Savannah family roots. Anderson presents solo concerts and vintage theater performances throughout the year at various historic downtown Savannah house mansions. He can be seen hosting a walk around historic Forsyth Park or playing violin in a downtown Square. He is also a authentic Savannah wedding and elopement officiant.

We did the Midnight Book and Movie Tour (and the Bonaventure Cemetery Tour). Angela has lots of great info to impart and is a top-notch and calm driver! You will never feel bored or uninformed-this is a first-rate, reasonably-priced tour! Totally recommend!

As a totally murderino when I was planning my trip to Savannah I immediately wanted to find some kind of true crime tour to go on. After a quick google search I found this one. We took Chuck’s Body parts and axe murders tour. It was so awesome and I got to hear about murders I’ve never heard of before! He does not hold back or gloss over any details and gave and interesting and thrillingly horrific descriptions of the murders and styles of execution. He was very conversational and we were the only two people on the tour. He definitely knew the stories very well and it was a nice cool walk through the streets of Savannah. If you’re a murderino I would definitely recommend. #ssdgm Savannah!

Chase was an excellent tour guide! It was a cold night so the tour ended up just being my wife and me but that did bother Chase a bit. We heard dozens of entertaining stories about the haunted history of Savannah. It was a fun night!

Cultural, historic and interesting. Chase Anderson is wise to keep groups of 8 - 10. We have taken tours over time and too many in a crowd can be difficult to hear.

Our tour was informative from the 'ghost story' perspective, historical and with plenty of time to enjoy the unique architecture - Our host also seemed to take a route most reasonable for strolling at night; i.e., lighting, ease of street crossing and avoiding many areas in older cities which make sidewalks difficult. We found the pricing more than reasonable; Especially considering the amazing 'book of knowledge' Chase possesses.

Anderson gives several different tours; we've already decided to take another soon, possibly in December.
