Came here because most hotels sold out and what a surprise. Staff was extremely conscientious. Loved walking around the shops. We appreciated the free drinks and the breakfast frittata were delicious. Fruit pancakes were fluffy. Restaurant manager went the extra mile.

The Radisson at Cross Keys Hotel was a steal. We paid well under $100 for a large, clean, well appointed room with two queen beds with pricey sleep number mattresses (not my favorite). I'd never before stayed in a Radisson and I was impressed. The hotel is in an odd location, to be sure, tucked into an upscale shopping center/business park, but it's a quick three mile drive to Johns Hopkins University and thus convenient for campus visitors. There's a nice little Italian restaurant on site and a couple of others in the complex. There is free, convenient garage parking, and a super accomodating staff who couldn't be friendlier. Great deal!

We recently married at a venue in Baltimore (Corradetti Glass Studio at Clipper Mill - highly recommend it!) and booked two rooms at the Radisson Cross Keys for the night before and night of the wedding. (Since it's a second marriage for both, we had to account for our "bridal party," comprised of our four teenage sons.) From the moment my husband called to make the arrangements, we received top-tier service from management, even though we hadn't booked a block of rooms for out of town guests. When we arrived Friday afternoon, we were delighted to discover that the our suite and the "Boy Room" were across the hall from each other, which we knew would simplify prep, photography/video, etc. Better yet, the suite was spacious and plush, making it easy for me to enjoy an evening of pure R&R (hot bath and sleep number bed wins!), and was also decorated with taste and class, forming a perfect backdrop for photos and videos as we prepared. But the best part was the service we received. Keith, the manager on duty, helped ensure that we had everything we needed - from a barstool brought to the room to make hair and makeup easier, to the chilled sparkling wine awaiting us when we returned to the room after the big evening. And our photo/cinema team were made equally welcome within the entire space and common areas, which were filled with fantastic settings for photo ops (can't wait to see the pics). Many thanks to everyone at Radisson Cross Keys for contributing to a truly joyful event!
