Not your usual museum fare here. Come and enjoy the multiple layers of unusual art from a host of non professional artists. It will blow your mind.

This museum is so fascinating. So much to see. Not work done by traditionally trained artists. Just very unique, and frankly kind of whacky, art that you don't see all the time.
The hallway at the entrance had an exhibit with postcards on which people have written secrets. It is fantastic, and tragic, and beautiful, and if that was the only thing in the museum it would be enough. It's just the beginning.

There's a full wedding dress covered in minute beading. Gorgeous.

And the gift shop is a blast. Save time to go in here.

There are two building. Explore them both. Take your time. Spend the day. It's a really neat unique experience. Very worth it.

If you have an interest in seeing modern art in all its splendor, then this is the place to go! When we were there, we visited on elf the galleries about food int he United States, and it was well-curated and excellently done. On elf the permanent exhibits was the exhibit by artists with different disabilities, which was excellent! We had a great time visiting the gallery! Definitely would recommend another visit.

Great place to visit with the young and the old. Parking was great, right outside the building. The museum backs to Fells Point, a great lookout to the Inner Harbor.

There's a free tour that offers so much information. The art is inventive and inspiring. Their collection seems more experimental, modern, infused with a lot of humor. I was grateful for a BOGO coupon, otherwise the $15.95 per person ticket price would have put quite a dent in our excursion budget.
