Our stay was good for the most part. The room was perfect: comfortable bed, nice TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora options, bathroom was clean, in-room fridge was convenient, and we appreciated the many outlet options for charging devices. The downfall for our stay was the limited staff on duty. Breakfast took forever with only one waitstaff working. Same with check-in and valet parking. With more help, it would have went more smoothly. Overall, we had a great stay. It was a great location for our concert at the Royal Farms arena. I would highly recommend it for anyone attending a concert there.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fairly quick and fresh. The only down fall was the maid service. Had one day with the room only half done, but maybe they were just short staffed.

Upon arrival at the Delta Inner Harbor Baltimore hotel after a long flight I found that my reservations (made by an admin assistant) were not made in my name. Normally this would be a show stopper until my colleague arrived 4 hours later but the front desk staff were very accommodating and based on an email I had they checked me into my room. Great job! Today, after arrival back at the hotel we found that our keys didn’t work so went to the front desk and learned that our reservations had us checking out today. Again, these reservations were screwed up royally right from the start. Fortunately for us the most wonderful front desk staff I have ever had the pleasure to do business with was able to fix our reservations and keep us in our rooms for the remainder of the trip. I would like to thank the very charming Michaella and her exceptionally professional manager Antonio for saving a couple of tired businessmen from a very big mess. They went above and beyond and did so with a smile. Truly excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

We were in town just for the night to attend a concert and I chose this because it’s a Marriott property. We were pleasantly surprised, nicely appointed, loved the Elite lounge for a quick snack or coffee, would have loved to stay longer and will definitely stay here again! Love Marriott beds and this one didn’t disappoint! We used valet parking which was pricey but after driving in traffic no part of us wanted to deal with parking! A bit slow to retrieve the car in the morning, we’ll plan better if we stay there again but the location and value was great!

I’m a frequent visitor to the Baltimore area and am usually disappointed with the hotel options as they are older, need a facelift, and feel dirty. Now that the Delta Hotel opened, I no longer mind traveling to Baltimore. I just loved this hotel and the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful.

My room was a corner room and was so clean, modern and comfortable. As for the location, well this is Inner Harbor and it can’t be beat. You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do in the area.

Stay here, don’t try the others. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.
