Nice collection including ancient Near Eastern art. Amazing that it's free.

Eclectic collection of treasures - Greek statues, Broque art. I can't recall everything but wonderful place. It's free too!

A wide spectrum of historical art. I would definitely recommend putting this museum on your itinerary in Baltimore and plan on spending a few hours.

Located in downtown Baltimore, this Museum reminded me of a smaller version of the Metropolitan Museum in NYC. It's well presented, easily managed, uncrowded, and offers an extensive variety of art forms collected primarily by the Walter's family in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The free audio guide (pick it up at the main desk) provides excellent insight to many of the artifacts. Don't miss a visit to the adjoining Hackerman House for tremendous architecture and Asian Collections.
