We drove five hours with a 6:30 reservation for an anticipated lovely dinner. They've definitely dialed in the fun ambiance and inclusive statements festooned on the walls. We were ready for a great evening. I don't enjoy writing a bad restaurant review because I understand you can have a bad day. But wow.
Having the personal experience of owning and operating restaurants in San Francisco and Palo Alto this was beyond disappointing. In particular, the owner was present tending bar and dismissive to our over hour wait for food. When it finally arrived was overcooked, the cuts of meat (rib eye - lots of silver skin and prime rib) were thin and overcooked. I don't even want to go on.
