The rooms were HUGE and mostly clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is badly in need of repair. We have heard there was some flooding a few weeks ago, and you can still smell it throughout the building.

The pool and breakfast are in the Eisenhower, so it is a walk through a tunnel to get there. That hotel is in worse shape than the Aspire, but again the staff was accommodating and tried to help everyone as best they could.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the battlefield. The price was great and the room was clean and very big. It was an awkward hotel, attached to another that you have to walk through to get to the pool and restaurant. It is definitely outdated and appears to be undergoing some renovations, but we had a nice stay. It didn’t have over the top service or amenities but it was close to everything and a decent place to spend a few nights.

What an interesting hotel. The Aspire is connected to the Eisenhower Hotel also. The hotel offers free breakfast, free pool, and huge rooms. Ridiculously big rooms. Our room had 2 king size beds, a pull out sofa, kitchenette. Now the hotel has a bit of a Stephen King vibe. There are shops and restaurants through the complex that appear to be fully stocked but are not open. Maybe the hotel is being renovated. I don't know, it didn't bother us at all. This hotel has character!,,

I stayed at the Aspire in April. The rooms hold 2 king size beds, a couch, a desk and a dresser, there is plenty of room to get around. The beds are very comfortable and each bed has 4 pillows, so you can find the right pillow for your sleeping habits. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and plenty of towels. Overall a nice place. However, if I had any complaints it would be the coffee in the room is awful. Worst coffee ever. There is no complimentary coffee. There is no complimentary breakfast. You can go to the Eisenhower hotel (attached to the Aspire) and purchase coffee or breakfast. It just seems that for the price of this hotel they could at least have a complimentary continental breakfast.

Power went out, lady at front desk rude was rude when we asked questions. After touring battlefield came back to room and found hotel in dark, room was unlocked and open, staff was rude when asked why room was open, no apologies from housekeeping that left the door open. Our dead bolt was broke on the door. When asked for extra sheets and pillow for rollaway bed, they told us we would have to walk down to front desk to get them. No pet policy but when we checked in there were multiple dogs on the property, hotel was dirty with dog hair all over the floors. Stayed for 2 nights but was scheduled for 4, and checked out early due to poor service. Will not be returning to this hotel! Hope they change their front desk staff!
