We spent 3 nights in mid October at the Gettystown Inn. We arrived just before 9pm on a Friday and the hostess at the Dobbin House gift shop was very helpful with getting our room key and escorting us over to the Inn. We were in the Reynolds Room. It was a very cute room and was larger than a typical hotel room. The room had a full size bed, tv, small fridge with some juice in it, small basket of snacks, large dressers and a small writing desk. Bathroom was a decent size as well. You also have your parking space which is perfect!
The location cannot be beat for visiting Gettysburg. You are right smack in the middle of town and can walk to the shops, restaurants, many attractions as well as the cemetery and parts of the battlefield. Another plus is there is a cute front porch to sit and people watch.
I wish I discovered this place sooner. We visit Gettysburg almost every year and we will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Room Tip: All the rooms seem nice. We were happy in the Reynolds Room

Whenever we stay here we choose the Lincoln Suite. Actually it's more like an apartment then a suite. It's also across the street from the National Cemetery where Lincoln gave the Gettysburg address. We're planning on staying again soon.

This Inn is a fantastic place to stay in Gettysburg. It is centrally located and easily walking distance to all the shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants and taverns. The staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is excellent,.

Room Tip: Our room was street side and very quiet, not sure you can get a bad room in the Inn.

My husband and I stayed in the Steinwher room at the Gettystown B&B. This little house was awesome. Small but very cozy, very clean and close to all attractions! Dobbin House Tavern right next door had good food and drinks too! Great priced B&B.

My husband and I stayed here during a snow storm and the food was awesome. The room was cozy but the bed was hard as a rock! I would totally recommend, but bring an air mattress or something unless you like really firm beds!
