Our cycling group was in town to tour the battlefield. The hotel manager gave a us nice block of rooms away from the street. We enjoyed the courtyard feel of the covered porches, which allowed us to sit outside and visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We didn’t have to use our cars at all once we arrived, as restaurants and attractions are a few minutes walk away. We truly hated to leave, as the inn’s location and set up contributed to our visit. I have a feeling we’ll be back. I recommend the Inn at Cemetery Hill to you, readers. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been coming to Gettysburg for 9 years now. When we started staying IN Gettysburg we chose this hotel which was originally a Travelodge. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the National Soldier's cemetery, even the square is only about a 10 minute walk. This was our first trip without our father who we lost in 2017. And we had mentioned that briefly in conversation when booking the rooms, and when we arrived, the staff had left a beautiful little vase of flowers in my mothers room. We thought that was incredibly thoughtful of them. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy. The patio rooms (at the back of the hotel on Steinwehr Ave are the best! Nice to just sit on the porch with a drink in hand in the evenings and watch the people go by) The complimentary breakfast is good. Lots of variety (cereal, English muffins, french toast, waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit) and on the weekends they have sausage, biscuits and gravy. I don't mind the coffee but if you are picky, there is a nice coffee shop not even 5 minutes of a walk away. I could go on and on about this wonderful hotel. It has played a major part in our trips to Gettysburg. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for another amazing stay.

Room Tip: The rooms on the back porch on Stienwehr Ave are a bonus!

After a long day of trekking the battlefield grabbed a room here, it’s cheap, clean, pet friendly and the have a breakfast bar in the morning. Smack dab in the middle of town too!!! I used to come here when it was Travelodge, I really like the improvements they made!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Cemetery Hill. Room was very clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly/helpful. Great location near to the bus tours and the cemetery. This was our first time staying but it definitely won’t be the last.
