I had some great crab legs at the bar. This was recommended by locals and did not disappoint. Its a hole in the wall type of place out in the burbs but the food was great, reasonably priced and the staff was excellent!

my first review of RSH was in July of 2014, and since that time i have witnessed many changes...bar persons, servers, managers, menu items and even lately the higher prices. ..but it seems this place has hit a new low...We stopped in on a saturday evening expecting the place to be jammed packed with people...it had been like that lately....but to our surprise there was plenty of seating.....we ordered new england clam chowder, crab legs with potatoes and corn on the cob...a side order of broccoli...and mussels and peel and eat shrimp...our drinks were brought to us quickly and then.....lo and behold when the server brought our food.....it was in STYROFOAM!!!!...with plastic utensils!!!....we were not even given the wooden bowl for our shells....i looked around and sure enough everyone was eating out of STYROFOAM!!!...i was incredulous...dumbfounded..and a bit insulted...when i asked the server did the dishwasher break she replied that it was a new management policy.....WHAT??!!...even when i order food to go from anyplace i take it home and plate it!....having recommended this place to others, and dining there many times over the last three years despite the flaws and failures, the only thing left to do is bow out gracefully.....management must not respect the clientele enough to provide dishes and actual silverware.....no wooden bowls though?!?....even for a dive spot that's waaaay too tacky for me.

This spot has potential. My husband loves it. I do not. They need to change the menu not everyone wants fried fish. The fish that is fried is really loaded with bread. If you are in the neighborhood, the bartender mixes good drinks and maybe have an appetizer,. It seems to be going through some management change with some new faces--but how about a new menu.

primarily i want to say that nikki was a great server...attentive and quick...good for suggestions, and especially patient as it sometimes takes me a while to decide...."the menu hasn't changed"...that's what she would tell me...but when we went up on last week nikki was gone...quit we were told...the place became very crowded as we were there...the bar person, tina, wasn't feeling friendly...and whoever the guy named chris was that walked the floor was insulting, to say the least...the seafood soup had waaay too many potatoes...the caesar with shrimp wasn't too bad....my sister said her cocktail tasted like juice...too bad...we used to like it here......

just when we got used to sabrina at the bar...she is gone too....as is larry, who was indeed the better cook....fewer folk patronizing nowadays...maybe partly because it's summer and folk are down the shore...maybe partly because it's not like it was....not much fun...food just okay.....nikki is still there...that's good....
