Wait a few minutes for seating in an establishment that has mostly texture customers.
Now you are told that everything is cooked to order. So if this is not what you want go to the Waffle House.
Back to the menu. Home made quiche savory strata yum. Normal stuff as well.
Service from folks that have been there for a "long time that do the job.
A great local place.
Take your time life is too quick

I usually order one of the breakfast specials which are always incredible. The baked goods are phenomenal, especially the sticky buns right out of the oven. Make sure to get toast as to have a vehicle to try the homemade jellies and jams!!!

I was at Jumbars about 6 years ago and found the service very slow. I decided to try it again after reading reviews but came away disappointed again. There was a wait of about 10-13 minutes for a table but we were greeted and told of the wait. Once at our table, we were given menus and our drink order was taken. We both ordered the baby bella sandwich. Tables filled up around us and before we knew it, we were the only ones not eating despite ordering before at least two other tables. The two waitresses came to our table a total of 4 times in 30 minutes saying our food would be out shortly. As our waitress was refilling the water on our table, I commented to her that others came after us and were eating. She curtly said that she placed our order right away. Had she handled this complaint differently, I might have come away with a better experience. Once our sandwiches came, they were mediocre to say the least. I had eyed other customers quiches and crepes and wished I had ordered one of them. All in all, there are too many other restaurants with good service and good food to make me want to come back to Jumbars

I hadn't been to Jumbar's in a while because of the birth of my daughter, but i met up with a friend for lunch in October. I brought my 8 month old, and they were very accommodating to us. The food is always delicious whenever we go. That day they had a yam bisque and it was so good, I bought a quart to take home for dinner!! I definitely recommend here for breakfast or lunch, but remember you may have to wait a bit, as it is always busy!!!

So quaint! Great lunch. I had a cuban open faced sandwich. Finished it all! Had the soup as well. Homemade of course! Baked goods are homemade as well. Tables are close, space is limited inside
