Staff was really friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. Definitely worth the price and breakfast is included. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay close to Zion National Park.

The room was clean, but dated. Everything functioned correctly. The continental breakfast is not really worth your time, but it is a budget hotel, so expectations align with what it is. Rooms have exterior doors, so if this makes you nervous, know that this is the situation.

We were only in Cedar City for one night and were looking for a clean, low cost place to stay. The room was comfortable and it servved our needs for one night. The breakfast is very sparse, mainly cereal, waffles and bread, with juice. It worked for our one night stay to attend a play.

There isn't too much to the Knights Inn. It's a fairly basic budget-oriented motel. It's also not a bad option for those visiting for the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Within easy walking distance of not only the Festival's theatres but also Cedar City's nice little downtown area, Knights Inn doesn't really stand out visually. It does exceed expectations, however, in many ways.

Check-in is swift and easy and the motel layout is easy to navigate. Between the property's two buildings is a modest swimming pool. The parking lot, however, is shared with a pizza place and arcade that appear to be out of business (couldn't tell) and broken coin-op arcade cabinets and machines litter the extreme back fence of the lot.

Inside the room, guests will find the usual bed, table and chairs, and generic flat screen TV (with Dish Network). A nice bonus for such an affordable motel is a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

The bed was plenty comfortable and provided for a nice night's sleep. There was some noise, however, from the upstairs unit that did make it a little distracting as we were falling asleep and waking up.

Our main complaint was the bathroom. While the sink area was fine, the room with the shower/tub and toilet was too small to close the door when sitting on the throne. The shower, too, was quite disappointing. Water temperature was all over the place and water pressure left much to be desired. Furthermore, the shower head had errant sprays that soaked the floor.

Our other big gripe is that housekeeping never came by to tidy up the room after our first night (we stayed two nights), leaving us with unkept bedding and not enough shampoo for the following morning. I've never stayed at a property where this has happened before.

Overall, however, Knights Inn wasn't half bad. For the right price and depending on the nature of our visit, we may stay there again some time in the future.

We arrived relatively late on a very warm day and found the room very hot with no air conditioning on. We'd pre-paid and the hotel was full, so I would have hoped they would have the air on. Fortunately, the air conditioner worked pretty well, once we turned it on, but we were pretty uncomfortable for awhile. Our room was spacious with an odd layout, including a fire place, with average decor. Average for what we paid for and expected, but obviously no pre-thought for late travelers on a warm day.
