Having flown for almost 24 hours we dropped our luggage at the hotel and headed straight to Hill Country Barbecue Market for a good protein fix. We sure got that. The service process is different. You line up to order your BBQ meat by the pound and it's presented to you on brown paper. As I was buying for the group I took it back to the table. By then everyone had the appropriate plates and knives & forks so we divided it up. There's also a salad and condiments bar and a drinks waiter.
The food was sensational. The Brisket, oh the brisket. The Turkey pork ribs and monster rib were incredibly moist and perfectly prepared.
The price was not to bad either. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere was just right.
We will return.

Had a great dinner here in September, 2017. This is unique barbeque freshly made. The server just does drinks and the bill. You "self serve" food by waiting at a counter (we only waited 5 minutes) and then ordering your meat portions. I got chicken and pulled pork - which is cut and weighed and put on brown paper. Then you go to the "side station" and choose your sides. It's a lot of food for about $20/pp. The décor is simple casual - great food. There is a bar downstairs. Very good place and reasonable pricing for the location.

Our hotel manager recommended we go here and we were not disappointed! Came with my mother, we shared the Cue & 3 - had moist brisket, pulled pork and the chicken. All were amazing! Our sides were mac n cheese and coleslaw (which was amazing on the white bread with the pulled pork).

All the staff were very friendly and asked if we'd ever been here and kindly explained to us the process to order .. as its a little different.

Food and service were amazing!

Food was good unlimited drinks nice atmosphere and the service was on point very attentive and kind of entertaining. If your looking for BBQ that has bang for the buck check out Hill Country.

All foods were good but the brisket was amazing! In the down floor has beautiful live country music. The cost was almost 35-40$ per person with beer.
