Great location. Older building and decor.
Clean enough. Breakfast included though it’s not a huge choice. Plenty of room for our family of five. Two bedrooms with one bathroom. A kitchen and a lounge room/ dining. I would recommend this hotel if you have a family. It’s kinder to your budget. Close to Central Park and Times Square as well as Macy’s and Bloomingdales. And you won’t feel like your are cramped into a sardine can. More

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Best Western! It was year 13 of Xmas girlfriends trip! Staff is always right there if you need anything. They are friendly and courteous! Everything is always clean and in working order! Thanks ! Will return for year 14!!

This was our second time in NYC but this time we wanted to stay near the city and this hotel very much served its purpose! The staff were nice and hotel room was spacious! Location was everything! The wifi was my only issue it was pretty slow I ended up using my 4G. We had a late flight but the Dave helped us by storing our luggage.Thank you Dave and Andriu for your outstanding customer service!

We did a girls weekend and this was the perfect place! Close to all major downtown attractions (very walkable), close to great food. The rooms were perfect! For the price you can’t beat it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating as well.

For 3 adults the one bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable, we had a bedroom with a king size bed, a full living room with a pull out sofa and a full kitchen. It was really a shock to find something this roomy in the city! The free breakfast was great, different hot items every morning and a very attentive dining attendant. The desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. The area was close to everything we needed - restaurants, subway, shops and Time Square. I would definitely stay here again!

We are staying 6 nights in NYC close to Christmas. This Best Western is great value for money - 2 bedroom apartment (fully serviced), free breakfast (not just continental but includes limited hot breakfast too), fantastic central location in Midtown East, close to 5th Ave, Central Park, 10 min brisk walk to Times Square/Broadway, Rockefeller Centre and so much more. Fab restaurants and bars everywhere and a block from the subway. It's not ultra modern but it is clean and comfortable AND very spacious. We will return!
