Went for a business lunch and had fantastic pasta with burrata and aubergine. It was really everything you'd expect from a high end Italian - thickly accented waiters, celebrity photos on the walls (incl one D Trump), sharp suits, plenty of pasta and cheese, and top dollar prices. But the food was great and the atmosphere was power-lunch. So it delivered on its promise of traditional, flavourful Italian cooking.

We were 4 for dinner and the best part of the meal was the wine (hard to go wrong with a bottle of Barolo) and the appetizers. The pasta special was pappardelle and chicken balls. It was way overcooked and very disappointing. Given the location the price was acceptable but for the quality of the entree, it was way out of line.

A very nice Italian restaurant right in center of Town between Madison&Park. Decor is standard good but the food is. Dry good. Being a vegetarian was happy to find a lot of choice. The eggplant & zucchini pie was excellent. Salads were fresh. Did not try deserts as was there for a quick lunch. Would go back though on my next trip

Restaurant lived up to its reputation. Everything was out of this world. Not a fillet mignon fan but aside from being huge it was out of this world. Thought the white stuff on the plate was mashed potatoes. Wrong. Cheesy polenta seasoned to perfection. Tasted a variety of desserts all of which were over-the-top. Service was impeccable. Wish they would open in Florida!

An outstanding lunch at the restaurant. My sister is visiting and we decided to enjoy a good lunch after Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral. The food was excellent (calamari, pappardelle with duck and mushroom ragu, paccheri alle melanzane). And yes, do have the white bean dip that comes with the bread basket! Diverse wine list and reasonable wines by the glass (recommend the Gavi).
Very attentive service without being intrusive. A pleasant welcome at the reception desk (even though we felt rather underdressed...entirely our fault by the way).

It is a busy place, so reservations a good idea

Highly recommended.
