We choose this hotel for our stay in New York as it's review's were decent so was the price and it's location.
It advertises it's self as a Boutique Hotel. We have stayed in such hotels in many places but I am afraid this does not meet the mark.
Within a couple of minutes walk from Times Square, surrounded by Irish Pubs, this is a good location but he offerings are very basic.
No catering facilities, not even a fridge or kettle in the rooms, however, there are a couple of takeaways near by which offer a good selection of food and drink.
The rooms are noisy especially the air con which is so necessary in the summer.
The staff are mostly pleasant and the rooms cleaned daily.
My advise is ask for a room at the rear as it is a little quieter and there is no view to speak of from the front any way.
They do offer lockers to leave your baggage at $5 for 24 hours, these lockers are excellent and will fit in 2 large cases and 2 hand laugage.More
