Is similar to Vietnamese and differs by its crispiness and varieties of warm fillings. A very nice catering option at a reasonable budget

They have been around for a while and make the best Vietnamese sandwiches around. Additionally they have good salads, rice bowls, soups and beverages. Good service. And decent prices make it a good lunch selection.

I had the lemongrass braised chicken and a lentil soup.to go. The food was excellent and was very surprised how good this stall was in Chelsea Market. Meal was filling for under $20

Stopped into Chelsea Market interested in a sandwich of some type an found these guys.

Ordered the skirt steak bahn mi and was thrilled. Bread was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. The meat was reasonable in proportion and well seasoned. The toppings were delicious and perfectly seasoned (carrots, cilantro, etc.). Price was right, but be prepared to find a seat or stand in the area as Num Pang doesn't have any formal seating area.

If you're in Chelsea Market and want a sandwich, give these guys a GO.

We tried the roasted cauliflower sandwich and it was so different. I never had a cauliflower sandwich before this.
