Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value our loyal Hilton Honors guests. Honors benefits vary from brand to brand within the Hilton family. In lieu of upgrades and breakfast, at Hilton Grand Vacations, we offer Diamond and Gold members bonus points per stay. For more information regarding the benefits per brand, please review the member benefits on the Hilton Honors website or app. Thank you for staying with us.

Overall the hotel lobby looked up scale, clean, and well kept. The room was maintained nicely. Furnishings and finishes didn’t appear well worn. Good shower. Standard stuff: safe, desk, TV, refrigerator, coffee, etc. Good soundproofing. Helpful staff though it took quite a bit of time to get things, e.g. lotion & coffee supply requests took 2 hours. Housekeeping didn’t leave any wash clothes on one day and left a broken drinking glass (huge chunk of glass missing) on another day. The elevators worked great in this high rise hotel. We got free wifi. On site were a mini market and restaurant. The hotel has a large fitness center, but no swimming pool, no hot tub, no sauna though. Fantastic location in Manhattan. From the hotel, one can walk to lots of high end shopping, restaurants, Rockefeller Center, Radio City, Carnegie Hall, St. Patricks Cathedral, Time Square, Broadway, Central Park, museums, and much much more. If walking is not for you, the subway entrances are nearby which you can use to get to most of the attractions in NYC. With NYC congested traffic, subway is the way to go. Save money by not having to rent a car plus paying for parking. Taxi stand in front if you need them.

One bedroom suite was very spacious, newly decorated, super clean and well appointed. The staff was also very nice and did nice job. Only downside, prices in onsite fast food was pricey but comparable w area. Additionally received coupons for incremental charges but because I purchased them on first night prior to receiving couping next morning they wouldnt apply credit. One of the small print disclaimers. Disappointing.

Our stay with you was overall quite satisfying. The room had a great view, the space was quiet, bedrooms and lounging areas were the right size for the size of our group, our safe was fixed right away, having drinks and a light snack available was nice, the members lounge was comfortable, the turn-down service was nice (although they came too early in the day, once as early as 2:00), "Happy Hour" was pleasant, we were able to relax in the lounge while our room was prepared due to arriving a little earlier than expected, and most of the staff were very polite.

Two concerns though are the breakfast offerings and one repair request that I don't know if the item was fixed or not.

Many of the reviews for The Hilton Club mention the limited choices for breakfast and we would agree with those reviews. For a Club that is, in many ways, marketed as an exclusive establishment, the breakfast each day was what I might expect to see at a one or two star establishment (actually I've been offered more choices at a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn). At a minimum, bacon, scrambled eggs and/or sausage could be offered on an alternating basis throughout the week. We have stayed at West 57th and they do a much better job with their meal offerings, which actually is what I would have expected at The Hilton Club. Based on the layout of the owners lounge, I believe it would be possible, not necessarily easy, but possible to meet the same standards as the West 57th property.

The second regarded asking to have the coffee maker in our room fixed. The person at the front desk said he would pass on this information. However, we never encountered a repairman, nor were we informed it had been fixed or replaced. A quick call or note would have been appreciated.

Beautiful lobby. Interesting bars. Convenient location . Pricey. Small but clean room. Heating/cooling issues with room. Comfortable bed. The bathrobes are very nice. I would not recommend the Hilton Club within this property. The price is much more per night and there we rent any added bonuses to staying in this room as opposed to a room on one of the hotel floors.
