this hotel was fabulous for a family of 5 .It is 2 mins walk from Times Square but in a very quiet street. It is 5 mins walk to subway, Rockefeller centre and to fifth ave. We had 2 rooms and although small, it was absolutely fine. The breakfast was adequate and it was actually great to stay in a small hotel. This is a great 3 star hotel and would thoroughly recommend to stay here.

My family of three stayed from December 26th through the 30th. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about, but the coffee 24/7 is very good. We will be back.

We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of October and found staff helpful and friendly. We did have a problem in that the room was double booked and we had to go to another hotel around the corner for 1 night. Bit of pain as it was evening and we were tired after our long flight. But in their defence it was a holiday weekend and the city was jumping! We returned the next day and finally got our room which was fine with TV, fridge and coffee maker.
Not much outlook but then that's NY! Bathroom was good, clean and always plenty of hot water from the shower. House keeping was great with room really well cleaned and fresh towels every day. Very good wifi in room. Breakfast was fine as well with cereal, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, pastries and croissants, tea, coffee and juice - nothing special but fresh, tasty and as much as you wanted. We would certainly stay here again. Location very good for Times Square and an easy walk to Central Park, Macy's and many other locations. Plenty of bars, restaurants, deli's and theatre district close by. Good value for money.
I was very very pleased with this hotel. I price scared me at first but we loved the hotel great value for money. We will always stay here. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My experience with "affordable" hotels in NYC has been spotty. However, this hotel will now be my preferred stay during my yearly visits. The location is unbeatable for theater-goers. My room was spotless and well appointed. Blazing fast free WiFi. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Prinkle at the front desk is a gem and accommodated my request for a specific room location.
