French cuisine specializing in birds.
I have visited twice in a month and on both occasions I have been fascinated. We had the Brune Landaise roasted chicken which was tender and juicy. The whole bird was served with delicious pan juices, a very fresh green salad and irresistible French fries.
On another occasion we had the
whole roasted duck. It was cooked to perfection, flavorful and juicy.
The birds can feed 3 to 4 people, depending on your party's appetite. They also serve smaller portions of birds as well as soups, salads, terrines, foie, different egg dishes, some seafood - a very appealing menu.
The desserts are out of this world!
We have tried the mille feuille, Isle flotant and the chocolate profiteroles - can't wait to go back ;)
