We decided to try this place because it was close to where we were staying and it looked inviting from the outside. Since it was packed with cars, we were hoping for a good experience but got an average one at best. I find buffets to be frustrating in that it is rare I can find one that actually has hot and fresh food and well stocked. This was no exception to that finding. Most of the selections I made were cold, others I wanted, took a long time to be refilled. I was finally able to get some chicken that was fresh and hot, but that was the exception. The sweet rolls were excellent though, so I filled up on those. Maybe if we arrived at a different time we would have had better luck. There is a large selection of food available if you don't care about the freshness or warmth. The servers were also very attentive and the restaurant was clean. I'm not sure if I would return or not if in the area again.

What a generous selection from sushi to shellfish to noodles, and dessert. Affordable and filling. Had a very active day at White Sands and I was ready to eat at least a couple of plates worth of food. You can stay or take food out for the same price.

There's a reason why the parking lot was packed and now I know why. Very satisfied.

After driving 5 hours to get to Carlsbad, we were pretty darn hungry. Dragon China was a very good choice, everything I tried was good. Don't expect gourmet Chinese, but all around good chicken and beef dishes plus sushi are fresh and not overcooked.

After 11 days of automobile sightseeing throughout the Southwest, we couldn't face another burrito, no matter how good. So, despite some mixed Trip Advisor reviews, we decided to have lunch here so we could eat some much-needed vegetables.

While my husband's favorite business lunch has always been all-you-can-eat Chinese buffets, I go out of my way to avoid them. In fact, I don't like any all-you-can-eat buffets. But this was a great fit for both of us!

Their selections went far beyond the well-prepared Chinese buffet offerings with crunchy, fresh veggies and tender meats. Their sushi chef was industriously turning out fresh, yummy sushi and they had fried chicken and pizza, too. It seemed a great place to feed a family with differing food preferences.

The service was prompt and cordial and the bathrooms were clean.
