Leon has assisted film-makers on location in Navajoland and is used to delivering high quality services to the people and organizations he serves. There are over 2700 archaeological sites within the many canyons of Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Only 13 of the 700 standing ruins have been stabilized, re-inforced, or protected from degradation. My husband and I had a wonderful 3- plus hour tour with Reg. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful; very generous with his time. He shared great information on the history and culture of the Canyon. He made many stops along the way so we could take pictures and to give us the opportunity to see pictographs and other details. The Canyon itself s gorgeous. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic time bumping around in a dusty Jeep with our guide Richard. Richard had many tales to tell and it was a truly pleasant experience listening to him tell us about the history of the canyon and the Dine’ Navajo people and culture. The views in the canyon were breathtaking and it was such a great experience to see Anasazi and Navajo rock art up close. Richard was very accommodating asking us what we might be interested in knowing about and what we would like to see. I was suffering a bit from altitude as we’d just come from sea level so it was great in this trip to sit in the vehicle and enjoy the ride as well as take brief walks to beautiful land features and rock art. Richard also offered to take us on other interesting hikes should we change our minds or come back in the future. He even called us later when we forgot our sunglasses in the Jeep and we were able to pick them up. I highly recommend this tour company for their professionalism and the trip for the amazing experience. What a special place! We hope to visit again soon!

I and four of my “mature-aged” lady friends booked a tour with this company in late March, 2018. We had Harris Hardy as our guide. Harris has made an indelible impression on all of us. His pride and spirituality for his heritage and love of land, coupled with his knowledge of flora, fauna, geology and history made this the highlight of our excursion to northern Arizona/southern Colorado. I could not give a higher recommendation.

We spent almost 3.5 hours on a private tour with Richard Teller who had fascinating things to tell us about the canyon, and the Navajo people, both from an historic and a modern perspective. There is a great deal to see, but we never felt rushed. There were lots of opportunities for photos and to get out for a close-up view. After the jeep tour, we drove the rim alone, which was like icing on the cake just before sunset. Spider Rock with the low sun and shadows was magnificent. The tour might be considered a little expensive, but it is worth every penny.

Just completed a 3 hr. private tour with Leone as our guide. She was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the canyon and the Navajo culture. She pointed out so many interesting things during the tour and entertained us with some great stories of growing up in the area! Well worth the money!
