Chef Larry's isn't a white table cloth and fine silverware type of place. It is the type of place where the food steals the show. The menu is small but imaginative. My husband had the coconut shrimp with the mac & cheese and wowed over the size of the shrimp. We have had mac and cheese at many restaurants and price points. By far this was one of the best. My crispy chicken with bananas foster sauce was very different and by the end I was glad we had some extra rolls to clean up the sauce. We actually were too full for dessert so I can't give a review of that. Chef Larry was in the kitchen so we took the time to say how much we enjoyed our meal. He is very personable and you could tell he appreciates all of his customers.
