I thought Old Town Inn was a good value - clean room, nice lobby with fireplace, and friendly front desk. If you want a 5-star, fancy hotel this is not for you. But we found it very acceptable for under $100/night in San Diego - in close proximity to Old Town restaurants. One suggestion is to ask for a room away from the Pacific Highway. The traffic noise was not bad, but our room was in the middle - and we heard virtually no traffic noise.
