This is the second time we have eaten here and I must say, the experience has not changed. The food is outstanding and the service is impeccable. They had a small jazz band playing this night and they were superb. Our waitress (can’t remember her name) was very attentive but also respected our privacy. This is not a cheap restaurant by any means so don’t go in here thinking you’re going to eat for the same price as Bonefish or Outback or the like. I highly recommend the caviar and the Pistacio crusted Chilean Sea Bass.

Our trio wanted a quick drink and a bite to eat before catching the City Lights trolley tour at Seaport Village. We took the advice of a concierge at Embassy Suites/Hilton (LouAnne) and went next door to Eddie V's for happy hour. Great drinks were complemented by a fine selection of light fare, all served by a friendly, attentive bartender. A perfect start to a delightful evening. We hope to return sometime for a full dining experience.

It's a very popular and expensive place so get a reservation and be ready to be amazed. When our party of 4 arrived we were seated promptly even though it was very busy. No waiting for service--the wait staff were there quickly. I hate saying "amazing" but the menu is amazing. The drinks came quickly and so did the salads. Entrees took a little longer but I expected that because of how busy it was. The entrees were truly amazing. Next time we are in San Diego we are definitely going back.

I booked this ahead, indicating it was a dinner meeting, and was not disappointed. When we arrived they had us in a private room with a table for 10. The wait staff was amazing!! Super attentive and helpful. The food, both shared and individual satisfied everyone, including those hard to please. Best of our meals in San Diego!!
