First the staff here are some of the best I have encountered. Friendly and always wanting to do more.
The hotel rooms are starting to feel old- about 9 years since it opened and the furniture, walls and decor all look a little worn. Rooms are large and ours had a great view over the city with a small water view.
Disappointed there is no pool and that the 'roof top' bar never opened while we were there. Also no recognition of my Spire Ambassador membership status- no one mentioned it at check in and the room seemed to be a standard room. No water in the room other than a $5 bottle. Odd as a Hampton Inn has these at check in
Would give 3 and a half stars if possible- room never got cleaned before 4.30 in the afternoon which seems really odd. Elevators can get backed up. At a good rate I might come back again but more likely to look for a hotel with a pool.More
