This rental is an upstairs apartment in an old Victorian home. It was smaller then expected but was a very nice place to base out of. The downside of the place, to us, was the stairs going to the apartment were narrow and steep, the laundry is out back of the main building, and the parking was a bit challenging since your only choice is parallel parking either on the uphill or downhill side, but we were always able to find a parking place near the house itself. The house itself is in a very central location to everything we were planning to do and the management was very considerate of our needs. The view from the balcony was wonderful especially at night. I would recommend this place.
This house was very conveniently located to everything our family wanted to do in San Diego. The two comfortable bedrooms and well appointed kitchen made it easy for us to get the kids to bed at night and have a quick breakfast before heading out in the morning. Plus we loved the Dark Horse coffee shop just up the road on 25th.
John, the owner, was very good at giving us all the information we needed and was very open with communication. We also appreciated being able to use the beach towels and boogie boards. It made for a very memorable family vacation. We would stay here again.
Good location for a self accommodation rather than a hotel . From pictures we thought we had a town house however it’s a few apartments in one. Saying that the owner even though never met was always at hand e mailing if all was ok and offering advice on the area. The personal service I would give 100
%. The accommodation 90% very clean but new sofa needed as leather flaking. Overall great experience and service given 100%
