If there are beds in heaven then they have to be from Westin Copley Place! This is a seriously comfortable hotel with seriously dedicated personnel. A wonderful experience!

It was a wonderful hotel in Boston! A little on the pricey side but hey, we were at the Westin and in Boston, so what can you do! The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are very nice! It was a quiet hotel and the beds were VERY comfortable! Wonderful night sleep!

We stay at Starwood properties because we are members and for the most part have very good luck! However this hotel did not meet our expectations. I should state we are here as a family on a college tour trip not as business travelers. However, either way, the hotel gets a poor rating. There is little storage space, warm/cold shower, the desk and side chair are very uncomfortable. Even as a business hotel it would not meet expectations. The desk light is broken (visibly), the desk's glass top makes using a mouse impossible, newspapers were late. And I should mention internet is free at even discount hotels so why am I paying $13/day here? And finally, the tv has limited channels, and those that work are in and out.

I would not recommend this hotel for business or family.

I was so disappointed with the Westin this time, and I have to disagree with the other reviews here. Having stayed at the Westin in Beijing with Starwood status, this hotel was a far cry from what I expected of Westin hotels. My bf and I were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and whilst the views were fantastic, the location very convenient, the room was old with very low ceilings, the lighting was poor, and the bathroom TINY. It didn't feel clean and nor did it feel luxurious. It almost felt like I was staying in an upgraded motel room with nice views and better bedsheets. Even the foyer and the check in area felt cheap and nothing at all like a luxury hotel. We only received wifi service because of the upgrade, which I found surprising as I would have thought a chain hotel of this size and magnitude would provide free wifi. It was an overall disappointing experience, and I am surprised by the reviews on this website. I shudder to think what the room might have been like had we not been upgraded. This experience definitely prevents me from booking the Westin hotel again.

Room Tip: Junior Suite is nice and spacious

This is a good hotel with clean rooms. My room was very quiet--I only heard other people when they were in the hallway. Breakfast in the Huntington is very expensive (a buffet comes to $26), and I was annoyed about having been charged a fee for calling a toll-free number from the room, but after some arguing they did take the fee off my bill. They try to charge you for snacks in the room and get you to forego maid's service in exchange for a coupon. These things seem a bit petty to me when the hotel is as expensive as this one. Having said that, my overall experience was good and the location is excellent.
