Perfect location, top-notch staff and elegant, clean, luxurious rooms. We enjoyed our anniversary at the Four Seaons Boston -- and the FnB Director was so thoughtful -- as they brought us chilled champagne with specially decorated pastries with Happy Anniversary inscribed on them. Our room overlooked the Boston Commons, and yet was so quiet. Great spot for a long weekend escape.

Service was beyond our expectations and location was GREAT! We stayed for the 2015 Boston Marathon - Friday through Wednesday. Location was fantastic for the marathon, expo and restaurants. We highly recommend.

The Four Seasons is simply the best place to stay if you are coming to Boston for the Marathon. The location right on Boylston Street couldn't be better: only minutes from the bus loading in the morning for the ride to Hopkinton, and perfectly located just minutes from the exit chute past the finish line. More important, the entire hotel environment -- staff, lobby, restaurant -- created an exciting, memorable feeling that made Marathon Weekend all the more fun for the runner and non-runners in our party.

As I stayed on multipl occasions on this facility in check in I was informed that will have a new updated room w larger bath room. Unfortunately the room had a chemical smell secondary to construction which was a problem leading to allergic breathing problem for my spouse .
As I called the front desk regarding the issue I was put on hold and later conveyed to await for morning for a new room. This was not satisfactory and I walked down to the reception area and ask for the nite mgr who guided us to a new room and 1AM I move my luggage to the new room. I thank the direction for the nite mgr timely intervention. The rest of the stay was uneventful.
