This is a great spot for an authentic Venezuelan arepa. I enjoyed mine grilled with shredded beef and a second with pork carnitas. The garlic hot sauce is a MUST as well. Buen Provecho!

It looks like a dump from the outside. Inside doesn't look a whole lot better. But wait until
You get the food - fantastic! Large portions of really tasty food. Prices are low. The people who run the place are very friendly. Overall a great eating experience!

Found this place by mistake once driving in the neighborhood. The place is small yet welcoming and food is delicious and always fresh.

Gotta try the arepas and empanadas here. Huge plus!!!

I was driving by in West Roxbury to see the sign with familiar word "Arepa", and decided to try. It was amazingly good food for the price, decor and small size of restaurant. I enjoyed the food, and was able to pay with Amex card which was another surprise.

Quick is relative though. It takes a little while because everything is made fresh; but it is faster than a trip to Caracas. But in the time it took to get my food, I was transported back to my childhood in Venezuela. The most authentic Venezuelan restaurant in the Boston area. I have tried the others and their food is nowhere near this authentic and good. From the Arepas to the Pabellon – YUM! The place is very tiny, only a few tables and a small bar, but this is where I go for a taste of Venezuela. If you have never tried it you don’t know what you are missing. Venezuelan food is not spicy, it is very flavorful. Like other Caribbean countries they are experts with spices, minus the heat. Enjoy!
