The rooms are referred to as cabins. They are compact and very modern. The front desk is mission control. There's even a robot to deliver items to your cabin upon request. It's self check in, however, there is staff available to assist you. There is a cafe in the lobby. Service is slow, but the food is worth the wait. Overall it was a great experience.

Room tip: The back side overlooks a smoking area. The front overlooks the street.

Stayed for one night on business. Rooms or "cabins" are small but comfortable and efficient. Very little walking room in cabin but clean.
Ryan, the bartender in the sky lounge was great. Food prices were fair, drinks a little pricey, even for Boston.

The hotel location at the seaport is superb and the staff is friendly especially the bar staff is outstanding. Additionally the sky lounge allows you to experience the beautiful Boston skyline.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed in the room quality for the almost ADR of $450.

The room including the bathroom and bed are tiny especially for someone like myself who is 6’4” and had to share this tiny bed.
The towels & linens are low quality and the bedding system the hotel uses is a 3-sheet system versus what other comparable properties utilizing a 1-sheet & 1-duvet case sheet.

P.S. the property has low occupancy so I would recommend to anyone looking to make a reservation to wait until the last day as the room is on a steep discount on all the major OTAs.

Finally do not expect an early check-in accommodation even if property has high vacancy as the front desk lacks customer service to extend an early-check-in and instead you need to check-in at a kiosk and all customer service is lost as a first impression to the property. (Early check-in fee is $30.00 USD)

Oh Wow ! We just loved this concept ! What a great place to stay, firstly the location is excellent being only a few steps from Courthouse Station which gives access to all the public transport so easily but best of all a 15 min walk and you are in the centre of this wonderful city. The hotel is stylish, modern, super clean with marvellous staff who were all so friendly and pleasant to chat with, loved the self check in which is so quick and easy and our room (or cabin as they call it) was fabulous, bigger than I expected, especially the bathroom area, the automatic bed was great, loved the folding chair, pull-out desk and the toiletries were terrific quality products and there was plenty of storage too. We opted for no housekeeping taking a $5 credit for food which is a great idea, we had 5 wonderful days here and can not wait to return to experience this lovely hotel again

Our 3 nights there were excellent! The staff was very friendly, they even spoke perfect spanish! The room was always clean and had everything you may need, plus being fancy and modern! Looked like it was designed by someone from next century! Haha the breakfast was varied and tasty and the hotel counts with gym and a beautiful terrace bar with perfect view! It’s near to the Boston Common, where the Freedom Trail starts. If it’s in your budget, then this is the perfect choice!
