From the helpful Valet, Paula at the front desk to Liz on the fscilities team we were welcomed from the moment we pulled up to the circular driveway. Room was clean and tidy, had an amazing view and location cant be beat! Will definitely be coming back.

The staff was very accommodating, Our room was clean with an old time charm. The location is in the heart of everything we wanted to see in walking distance. To the north end to enjoy delicious Italian food, walk the Freedom Trail, to embrace the history. I would come back to the Bostonian. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side are quieter.

I am giving this hotel 3 stars because the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful and it is central to everything, but not what I was expecting based on the photos and reviews. I also upgraded our room and was shocked when we walked in. It looked nothing like the photos. The photos had flattering lighting, which made the room look amazing and the view look amazing, but the room and hallways were old and in need of updating. Our room faced the Hard Rock Cafe. Not exactly a view in my opinion. The room was like a Holiday Inn. Not that nice except for the bathroom and vanity area. A lot of money for a basic room.
