The hotel is being renovated and I won't comment on the lobby. The room is in the current trend of mostly black and thus feels dark no matter how many lights are turned on. The AC was quiet, but it did nothing and the room was stiflingly hot. Bathrooms in hotel are also notoriously poorly lit but this one had a huge round mirror with a built-in light. It provided great light and it did not fog up. When I checked out I asked repeatedly if the bill was updated for all charges. Even the emailed bill sent to me was incorrect and did not include breakfast, though that charge would have been billed to me on my credit card. Tell me why a hotel charges $30+ for breakfast. Worst of the rip-offs that hotels charge. A diner would charge $10 or less for the same meal.

Quick stay on a business trip. Nice location within walking disctance of Cambridge and multiple places to eat. Lobby was under renovation, so a bit of a mess with no advanced warning of the mess. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Will consider staying here again next time I’m in town.

I stayed 2 nights while on business. I stayed o the 22nd floor in a king panoramic view room. The view was decent and faced the new apartments across the street. The hotel lobby was under construction while I was there, which was not an issue for me. The hotel Wi-Fi signal was not good on the 22nd floor. The hotel is within walkable distance to Boylston St (restaurants and shops) and a bit further of a walk to Fenway (not too long of a walk).

Recently stayed in the hilton hotel in boston and was extremely disappointed. The location is good and the room was clean however the hotel was extremely overpriced. The advertised price did not include taxes- which came to almost 150 dollars for a two night stay- breakfast which was 25 extra per person per night or parking which was 41 extra per night! Charging over 250 a night already i felt this was extremely overpriced especially considering the whole lobby was under construction there was constant noise in the room and the downstairs area was generally untidy- stay somewhere else- other boston hotels are much cheaper and of superior quality

I frequently stay at Hilton properties during business trips, and this one was a disappointment. Yes, the location is good, but the overall quality of the hotel was poor and there are much nicer Hilton properties. The hotel atrium was under construction and noisy during my stay. I have chosen other properties for an upcoming Boston visit because of the poor quality experience at this one.
