Great location! Easily walkable to major destinations like Fenway Park. Room was well-maintained and clean; staff was super friendly and outgoing. Even gave kids a sticker book unprompted. There weren't as many bells and whistles like pool or fitness center but the wi-fi worked well and that's all I, a business traveler, needed! Wonderful place to stay.

So close to area attractions. We were here less than 24 hours but we were able to walk to Isabella museum, to the museum of fine arts, Newbury st for shopping and to Fenway for def lepard concert. Very quiet. Will be back for sure! Thanks for a great night out!

Suite on 9th floor was lovely, spacious, convenient. Two separate dressers in two separate locations; separate roomette with fridge if requested, in addition to the stocked fridge; sink. Entry hallway with wall table. Excellent shower. Bathroom rather small, but two shelves are provided. There is a table in the entry hallway right outside the bath for extra storage if needed.

Staff is trained to be pleasant and as helpful as humanly possible. All requests are fulfilled promptly, and with the utmost care to get them right. Requests for the room amenities made on day one are actually carried through each day without needing to be repeated to staff daily. Newspaper delivered to room on request. Turn down service. They cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Location very good for restaurants, althougn UNI downstairs is excellent for breakfast and a dinner by a very imaginative and original chef.

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review her stay and for the wonderful rating. As a, primarily, all suite hotel, guests at the Eliot enjoy the comfort and spaciousness of having both a bedroom and a full-sized living room. As a hotel dedicated to providing personalized service, our staff is committed to ensuring our guests are well cared for. It is gratifying to know this was so evident for this guest. Lastly, guests of the Eliot benefit from having UNI,the hotel's acclaimed innovative Japanese gastropub, right off our lobby. I look forward to welcoming this guest back the next time she has an opportunity to return to Boston.

We stayed at the Eliot Hotel in June fro three nights and loved it so much decided to stay there again in August. It is the perfect location to enjoy the city. We took in several great restaurants within walking distance and were able to walk to Fenway to see the Sox play the Yankees (Sox won). The went above and beyond for us with reservations, directions and renting a car. We can't wait to go back!!!

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review her stay and for the stellar rating! It is always a special honor to welcome back members of our family of repeat guests! The Eliot truly does occupy a coveted location. It is situated on residential and park-like Commonwealth Avenue in Boston's elegant and fashionable Back bay district. Many of Boston's best resources lie just outside the Eliot's front door, including venerable Fenway Park, less than a 15 minute walk away. I'm delighted this guest "can't wait to get back," and look forward to her return.

From the moment you step towards the front door, you feel important. From the many people to help with your bags or open the door, or grab you the elevator and the front desk....they are all there to serve and make you feel special. It is near the subway station (Hynes) and just a 15" walk to Fenway. Plenty of shopping and eating are nearby on Newbury or the Prudential Place. And if you want to just stay in....they is an excellent restaurant at the hotel, room service and even turn down service! You won't want to leave, trust me!

Room Tip: Hotel provides a luxurious feeling with a mid range price.
