Stayed here a few times on business. New and well maintained. The service was friendly and the express breakfast is good. This is a quiet location. The only negative may be the parking is a little tight.

Stayed here in October and was very impressed with the cleanliness, location and helpfulness of the staff. Kayla went above and beyond to provide information about where to go for entertainment and she helped us figure out the tv. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield Inn and Suites. The staff was pleasant and efficient. This hotel is located on a busy street, so be sure to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the street. We found it was a little difficult to enter and exit the hotel because of the busy road. However, it was very conveniently located to highways and neighboring towns to Asheville.

The front desk staff went out of their way to be pleasant. I received an informative email about area activities a couple days before arrival which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was perfectly adequate with sufficient variety. The shuttle to downtown was convenient (they will drop you off; if it's a slow night they will pick up, otherwise you get Lyft or Uber back). Excellent value for the money. I'm loyal to the Marriott brand and am rarely disappointed. I'll stay here again

After a 14 hour air travel day, my wife and I arrived around 10PM on 10/18 for a 6 day stay. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered and check in was a breeze. Our desk associate gave my wife a sheet of recommended restaurants as we were quite tired and hungry. Don't remember the number, but on the 6th floor off the elevator take a left and we were the last room on the left. We entered to a clean, prepared room, everything was in order. Having been a bellman for over 12 years in a 5 star 510 room hotel, I looked, this room was white glove inspection, clean and everything in order. Through out our stay we departed late, like 11 AM or so, and every return the room was made up completely, used amenities replaced and you could bounce a coin on the bed it was so perfect. As for the complementary breakfast, it's not mom's home cooking but everything was fresh and presented in a clean environment. Having spent 24 years in the military, this was considerable better than MRE's or a chow hall. Throughout our stay I noticed that these folks are on the ball, both inside and outside were clean and void of any trash. A couple of night it was real windy, but as we departed for the day the parking lot and areas were swept up clean. Interior it was the same, and the supersize area was also. As far as sleeping goes, the king size bed was comfortable and we both slept good, the room was quite as well, could not hear any hallway noise and the A/C & heater unit was quite too. Would we come back, yes if we were again in the Asheville area. We did not have much interaction with the hotel associates, other than check in and out, but as we walked in the hotel during our stay, and encountered a housekeeper, they always greeted us with a pleasant comment. The only off course comment I can think of is the pulling in and out of the property during rush hour, it can be a challenge as cars come by at a fast clip down the hill,
