This is a worthwhile place to spend your time and money! If you’re a man who thinks you won’t enjoy it as much as a woman who wants you to go you’re wrong. You will enjoy and appreciate the Biltmore experience. Beautiful! The gardens, mountains, scenery, architecture, fine art, etc... is all exceptional and memorable. A pleasant, interesting day. The Chihuly Glass art exhibit that has just begun is awesome and will continue through October. The large sculptures are mainly installed outside and are not to be missed. We went on a Monday and it was not too crowded but the weekends require advance reservations for tickets because of high attendance.

We spent the day at the Biltmore Estate and it was fantastic. The grounds are amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend giving yourself 5-6 hours to take in everything without rushing. Also I recommend ordering your tickets ahead of time online to save yourself some time and money.

Biltmore Village is great way to finish your day with a meal, some wine, and perhaps some ice cream.

Thank Nate C

What an impressive, immense house surrounded by amazing gardens and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The guided audio tour was detailed and very informative. The Upstairs Downstairs guided tour and the Rooftop guided tour are not to be missed.
It take 2-3 days to see it all. Unfortunately, There are lots of steps and no elevators. The history of the Vanderbilt family can enrapture you.

Hard to imagine a family of three lived here. Opulance, elegance, craftsmanship and breath taking views and furnishing. We were fortunate to see the costumess from Titanic while there which just added to the experience.

Spent a nice day at the Biltmore Estate. We did the walking tour. My boyfriend enjoyed the audio tour. We then walked the beautiful gardens. Next we went to the winery for the free tastings. The wines were nice. Finished off with lunch at the Bistro. While tickets are a bit pricey, it was a great day. It would be nice if the walking paths listed the distance to the bass pond. It was a beautiful path, but the waterfall was underwhelming.
