Straight Up, we only went to Garlic Mikes River Bar for a glass of wine and dessert because my husband does not like Garlic and is not a fan of many Italian dishes. I convinced him to go to the “River Bar” for wine and dessert. My husband loves bread pudding and the menu online said the world famous bread pudding. Well, the bread pudding did not disappoint, it was delicious!! AndI highly recommend it. The atmosphere of the outdoor river bar with the river and the outdoor fire pit did not disappoint. Ordering a glass of Merlot, a glass of Pinot Noir and one bread pudding dessert and it costing $ 30 + was a bit of a sticker shock, and so we were thankful that we didn’t actually come for dinner, because that is just a little out of our price range. We did think the dessert was excellent. But at $8 for dessert and $9 + for glass of wine, we will probably skip this place as we are just simple retired couple that need something a little more affordable. But the Bread Pudding was superb for sure!
