I found the food to be fresh, and with a bit more variety then most Chinese Buffets. I like a variety of Chicken dishes such as Orange Chicken, Almond Chicken etc and found several of these to have especially good sauces.
My only complaint was service. There was a big sign by the door saying to wait to be seated. About 5-minutes later the waiter walked by and said "oh sit anywhere". When people were ready to pay the bill the waiter said "oh, take it to the cashier". Dirty plates were not cleared in between courses. Each time someone new walked into the restaurant they would wait for quite awhile, and the waiter would eventually walk by and tell them to seat themselves. In fairness he was handling the entire place by himself, while the cashier stood behind a quiet register and looked at her nails. I kept wondering why they did not just take the sign down. I found out about 40 minutes later when the owner walked in. All of a sudden the waiter started seating everyone who came in, and the girl behind the counter started helping out. Service could either be wonderful or horrible depending on whether management was present.I guess when the cats away the mice play!
