Very family friendly, mt bike friendly establishment.

Breakfast buffet had decent variety and quality. The hotel was crowded during our stay which made for a crowded dining area.

The location of the hotel is right at the intersection of Hwy 191/128, running/biking access up the Colorado River trail is convenient along with the trail running along Hwy 191 makes for lots of options to spin out to a trailhead.

The pool/hot tub and outdoor area were nice, but currently backing up to a construction zone which isn;t as nice as the pictures would lead you to believe.

Locked bike storage and bike cleaning area area really nice touch.

Rooms are fairly standard. Fridge+coffee maker are handy as well

Platinum guest here with roughly 130 nights per year.

Location: Personally I do not like the location as you cannot walk anywhere, so if you're hungry you must drive down into town and find parking (sometimes difficult). If you'd like delivery there is a local pizza place that will deliver. Some people may find the location appealing as it is closest to the entrance of Arches NP.

Breakfast: Yes it's included in the rate, however it is pretty disappointing. There was not a single table free, the eggs had run out, bacon was gone and without a table to sit and wait for these to be replenished the only option was to grab whatever you can carry and go back to your room.

Room: The room was decent, plenty of power ports, the TV had modern technology including the ability to link to your Hulu and Netflix accounts which was a nice feature. The bed was a little noisy and firm. The water pressure in the shower was awfully low, and finding a temperature was nearly impossible, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The shower door in my room hits the toilet when it's opened and the door is away from the shower knob in such a way that reaching in to turn on the water and adjust temperature meant you would suffer a wet arm. Had the door been placed next to the controls this would not have been an issue. The lack of water pressure is honestly enough of an annoyance for me to stay elsewhere next time. I stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear the people in the room above me walking around, and children running up and down the hallways on my floor. If you're going to stay here get a top floor room if you value peace and quiet.

Price: Overpriced, but this is primarily due to competitive rates in the local area. I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleanse for less per night then this Fairfield charged.

The Fairfield Inn is nice, new and the staff is very friendly. It is way overpriced but so is the entire town of Moab. New construction is taking place on the south side of the hotel so ask for a quiet room towards Arches National Park if you want to sleep in past 7:00 am.

There is a small, clean workout room, pool, hot tub, secured bike lockers and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and each room comes with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. The wifi is free and works well.

The breakfast is not my style, but Eklecticafé is close by with the best coffee and breakfast in Moab.

My only complaint regarding this property is the price. I needed two room as I was traveling with several children. I spent over $600 for the two rooms each night! This is ridiculous; even though it was Spring Break.

This is a wonderful hotel right on the Colorado river and away from the craziness in downtown Moab. It is only a mile or so from the center of Moab, but miles from the craziness of the town. It is right off the highway, but it is set back a bit from the highway and has beautiful mountain and river views. The rooms are wonderful big, frigs and microwaves. The pool and hot tub are the best, beautifully done with a small waterfall. Pool area overlooks the river and is nicely landscaped. The breakfast was average to OK, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They have a great storage room for bikes that you can lock you bike up, a nice added touch. The bike path is right out the front door, very convenient to both National Parks and the town.

We choose this hotel based on location. We wanted to be close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The hotel was fairly new, and rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Rooms had fridge, microwave, and safe in closet. We also used the laundry room which was convenient. Also, it was nice to have the complimentary breakfast.
