We arrived on the camping ground and we noticed its right next to a very busy highway. Big trucs and cars sound like their next to your tent. The tents are very beautiful and the women who work there are very friendley. Thats why it gets 1 point. The restrooms/showers are very basic and dirty. For the amount of money you pay, they have to do better. Its worse than on a cheap camping ground. On the website they sell you a beautiful nature experience, They lie. The give away earplugs for the noise, so its not like they don’t know. They should mention it on the webside.

Me and my kid do a road trip. Tent camping here, luxury hotel there. And then Under Canvass Moab. Et voila, the perfect mix. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There when you need them, in the shadows when you don't. We felt welcome and catered to. It was comfortable even though daylight temps were over 100 degrees, and at night, it was pure heaven. Big sky. Bright moon. A gazillion stars. And we could reach out and touch them all, right from the bed, if need be. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: There are tents on the edge of camp that have expansive views of Arches National Park in the distance.

My husband and I just spent a few days at Under Canvas Moab and it was just great. From the moment we arrived until we left, the folks that worked there were tremendous. Rachael checked us and went back to get a cooler for us as we didn't have one but had food that needed one. Alana and Ethan for help on where to go eat dinner. Sheryl and Colton for hike suggestions and help charging camera batteries. Each one always had a smile on their face, were interested in what we were planning for the day and what we actual did each day coming back in tired and dirty from hiking in Arches and Canyonland Nations Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. They helped make the stay in Moab an excellent trip.
We had decided to do something different this trip to Utah and Under Canvas served that purpose. The tents were great - beds comfortable - bath houses clean - and the views both day and night were gorgeous. Would recommend this for anyone. Would use them again in our travels.

We were looking for "something different" for our stay in Moab, and Under Canvas fit the bill. The property is ideally located right outside Moab -- 5-10 min drive to Arches, 10 min drive to Moab. Upside/downside: Under Canvas is located on a main road that takes you right into Arches and Moab, but it means that you hear traffic (esp. trucks) all night long. The property itself is very well-maintained. The bathroom trailer is centrally-located -- clean, but aging/dingy. We enjoyed the live music around the fire pit, as well as sunrise yoga on Saturday morning. The star-filled skies are amazing, and we enjoyed them while sitting on our tent "porch" in the evenings. Note: a couple of local restaurants will deliver to the site (ask in the lobby tent). All in all, probably more expensive than it should be, but it was a unique, "try it once" kind of experience.
