We had an amazing time on our Jeep tour with Chip! He was very knowledgeable about the landscape and history of the town and surrounding areas. Chip was clearly a very skilled driver, and made us feel at ease even while going up the Shafer Trail! Highly recommend this tour with Chip and Adrift Adventures!

I took my grandkids on this nice float trip in early April when it was still relatively cool outside. Perfect for me. We did the afternoon half day, which was perfect. Didn't have to drag the kids out of bed early, the day had warmed up a bit and the length was just right. I think the full day, at least this time of year where the water was calm, would have been too long for my 7 and 10 year old. Our guide, Levi, was entertaining and made sure the kids got a little wet, as was their wish. The crew set up a decent kid friendly lunch on the beach about halfway through, which gave everyone a chance to stretch their legs, chase some lizards, and extend the day a little in this beautiful canyon.

If you want to really see Canyonlands “Island in the Sky”, this Jeep tour is a must. I expected a great tour but what we got was beyond my expectations!! I’m sure it had something to do with our tour guide, Chip! He was a wealth of information along with a little comedy here and there. I always felt safe in the Jeep with Chip as a driver, even going up Shafer Trail! We saw unbelievable sites and heard fabulous facts about the area. Everyone agreed that this was a memorable experience.
