Description: The Broken Oar Restaurant is the perfect Moab dining destination. Our wide variety of homemade food provides a great escape from the usual mass-produced chain food available. Come tap into something cold with one of our many draft beers, which includes a great selection of local brews, or if it's wine that fits the mood, you won't be disappointed as we have a great selection of local and imported wines. Our unique restaurant decor is best described as "cozy mountain cabin" meets "ski lodge." Relax by our stone fireplace in the cooler months or enjoy the warm atmosphere provided by our enormous outdoor deck If you are looking for a great spot to relax after enjoying the variety of Moab's activities, The Broken Oar is your place. The Broken Oar has a casual social atmosphere that is greatly enhanced by the excellent service provided by its staff

Food: tasty and plentiful servings.
Price: If you plan on eating out anywhere in Moab, expect to pay more than the typical chain restaurant.
Service: our server Rainbow was a sweetheart and very attentive.

We stopped for dinner and found many, many items on the menu sold out. It was busy, but almost surprise it was Spring Break and so many were traveling and stopping for dinner. Despite having to change items, we did like our dinners and the food was good. The Oar fries and Pickle fries were amazing. The family salad was good. We had pasta, pork chops, and trout and everyone enjoyed their meal. The wait for the meals, and changing options right before our food came out (due do to an 86 of what we ordered) left us not wanting to come back though.

Food was fresh and tasty. Sweet potato fries were yummy, as well as the beet salad. Excellent service from Daniel made our visit! Thank you!

The sweet potato fries are really that good! We ate at The Broken Oar for lunch. We had the veggie wrap, chicken wrap, turkey wrap, and burger. All were delicious and a good portion-size. The sweet potato fries were unlike any other that I have eaten. They were coated with a unique mixture of spices. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. And the rustic décor of the restaurant was quaint.
