The staff was very friendly & helpful. With this being our first visit to Utah we had a lot of questions & they were more than willing to help us out, ie activities & restaurant recommendations. They even gave us a card to get a 10% discount at certain restaurants. This campsite had a lot of spaces & options to choose from. Each space had their own grill & picnic table. They even have a laundry room, general store & pool. Pet friendly, too!

We’ve been traveling for 17 days and this is one of the yuckiest campgrounds we’ve been to. There was a smell of rotting garbage that permeated the grounds from over flowing trash cans by the bathrooms. The sites were crammed together to the point where one camper was a pull in and the next was back in so you shared a space for a picnic table. Luckily our neighbors were out until midnight and we didn’t have to share our dinner with them! We would not stay 2 nights.

Slick Rock RV park was our second park of a 12 day trip. The facilities were clean.. perhaps a little dated but the layout was good and there were a lot of trees for shade... something much needed in Moab at the end of June. They had a small pool and hot tubs. Jets did not seem to work however. Staff was friendly but perhaps a bit unorganized. Laundry facilities were adequate and bathrooms were cleaned daily if not several times a day. Overall a good experience.

One of the oldest campgrounds in the area & very well kept for its age. Roomy, full service sites. Many amenities within walking distance in town. Will see occasional elk pass through. Used the laundry facility. Minutes from the park entrance to the South Rim. Stayed for several days while we explored the Canyon.

If you're into loud people, music, and noisy off-road vehicles and like being crammed into very small campsites, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere. The pool and hot tub were usually very busy so we chose not to use them.
