We stayed one night passing through Moab pulling a 27' travel trailer. The good things: trees and the wifi is fast and reliable. The bad things: you are packed in like sardines, noisy prior to quiet time (people partying), very expensive (we only stayed here because we could find no where else; now we know why.)

Looks like nothing from the road but it had everything we were looking for! Quiet. Mature shade trees at every site. Bathrooms clean though old. No big rigs seen here. We enjoyed our time here more than in the KOA in Las Vegas. Definitely a family run feel. If you don't need a slick operation, consider staying here. It is expensive in high season though.

We stayed here for our first two nights of camping in Moab but ended up changing to another place as this place was way too cramped and had dirty showers (especially the mens).

They charged $45.00 per night including tax, turning it to the most expensive campsite I've ever been to and the worst value for money I've ever received.

I debated between three and four stars - it came down to the price...I feel it was an average place for an average price, and you get what you pay for, right? We stayed in a group site so we had lots of room to spread out, although, overall the camp ground didn't seem too crowded for a Labor Day weekend. There were mostly off roader types there, but surprisingly it was a mellow place - no loud parties or unseemly behavior. The location is convenient, but it's town camping; you always hear the highway noise and since our site was on the very end, there was no escaping the glaring fluorescent lights of the businesses next door. It is what it is, can't have everything :-) We enjoyed watching the deer wander out of the trees each morning in the meadow behind us. There are lots of big trees, the property is well shaded and has pretty much everything you want (showers, pool, hot tub, BBQs, ice, little market, wifi). It could have been cleaner - keeping in mind the heavy traffic, the bathrooms were a little scuzzy, even for camp ground bathrooms, but everything seemed to be in working order. The BBQs were in pretty bad shape, but again, worked fine after you cleaned them. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.

This campground was crowded. There is not enough space allowed per campsite. Noticed several people had reserved two sites to make their spot bigger. We had a sheltered site, but the people who were next to us were very noisy and inconsiderate. They set up camp after 10 pm and shown lights and headlights everywhere, and then got up at 4:45 am and were just as noisy. I was impressed my kids slept through it. The bathrooms were nice, but that and being able to get a refund for our second night are the only positives of the stay. The ground for setting up camp is dirt/sand, so expect to get dirty and track everywhere.
