What you actually pay for is close access to Fishermans Wharf and all its attractions.
We checked in and the staff were friendly and happy to assist. The place was busy and the receptionists did their best with the long line of guests.
The room was a run of the house, and was really clean and tidy. We asked for a quiet room and it was until adjacent rooms used the toilet or shower early in the morning.
We didnt use the meal facilities preferring to eat at the local attractions. The gift shop is overpriced, just go downtown and look around.
Please note, management policy is not to store luggage; if you elect to go on an overnight excursion and return to the hotel.
They will store on the day of departure but not overnight, so you will have to repack, take all your luggage with you on the bus, then drag it back to the hotel, line up and check in again.
There is a laundry available on a pay as you use basis. It needs to be cleaned.
We enjoyed our stay, and would be prepared to return. It's a good value option.More
