Gail was our narrator on a rainy night tour. The weather was horrible, glad we got an inside seat. Gail was just as bad as weather. Yawned and sighed during narration. Confused about her right and left sides of bus. NO personality and lots of empty air. Besides at night you can see nothing but bridge and city lights. Boring never recommend this company or tour guide.

The tour guides on the bus were great, Dug especially was informative and hilarious. The chaos at the boat was a little off putting. We were told to board 30mins before departure (and written on the tickets) so qued up and then were told that it was the wrong boat and we should go to the back of the que and start again for the next one!

So in the morning we jumped on a big brand new bus with air con and everything and enjoyed the first half of our tour before getting off at the California academy of science. When we went to get back on the bus a few hours later this old rickety bus showed up with far less room and no air con a couple of us went upstairs which was fine but those left downstairs had to suffer in the heat.
