Very interesting tour - well worth the cost and the time spent.
Learned a lot about the local architecture of course but also about air rights and the history of of San Francisco and it architects. Most significantly, learned about Privately-Owned Public Open Spaces. Rick is an effective 'missionary for the POPOS cause!
It was easy to book - as rick was comfortable communicating by text and reserving us a spot without paying up front.
