We ate at Imari while staying at the Hilton Waikoloa. We are not big sushi or Asian foodies, so you might want to take that into consideration. Our food was Ok, although I thought it was somewhat expensive. I got the box of 4 things for $59. 2 shrimp tempura, 3 vegetables tempura, and swordfish. The swordfish was ok. When we arrived they told us the fish was ono, and when I ordered it was swordfish. Although, I like swordfish, it was a little disappointing. My wife had a fish special that was crusted with Macadamia nuts and was good. The wine was so-so. Our server was a little over the top. Checked on us to often and was kind of a clean freak. We were also disappointed with the ambiance. The doors were open to the outside, but you don't get much of a view. Very disappointing.
