We were downtown and decided to spend the $8 for chairs to a performance. Yes, you sit through a performer announcing the sponsors of the show and it takes a while for it to start. The audio is not good, the script is pretty lame but it was still worth the $2 a seat. My 7 year old son loved it and my 11 year old daughter enjoyed herself as well.

I wouldn't make a special trip for it but we enjoyed it.

They block the street off at 6 pm to do a western show that is not really worth the time. They do this on the street in front of the Erma hotel. They just block off the one side street so when cars are going by on the maim street you can't hear the show. If you want to sit to watch you have to rent a metal folder chair for $2.00 each. If you don't want a chair you have to stand. Glad I didn't waste the money. The show was about 15 minutes you couldn't hear anything. They only plus was that it was free.

Don't go out of your way to see this. It lasts about 20 minutes, but this includes naming the sponsors, the national anthem, giving away rodeo tickets to one lucky kid, actors dancing with some "lucky" members of the audience and two very short "gunfights".
The acting is weak, the sound is not great and the props are basic. But it is free and judging by the crowd attending on the evening we went, it is very popular.
Just don't expect much. If you want to sit to watch it's $2 a seat.

Don't bother with this insulting of intelligence un~performance. It is embarrassing to sit at, hard to hear and supported by local businesses needing you to be glued down long enough to spend money there. I think they should hire better writers and recruit better actors. Really $2 a chair shakedown for this? Do not recommend at all.

Well it is free. And the actors being dressed up looks fun. But the show itself is a total joke. Poor sound, no "story", zombie acting. It seems like such a great tourist attraction opportunity for the city, but some effort will have to be made for it to be a production worth watching. Disappointed that I budgeted some of our precious vacation time for this.
The prosecco I bought from the Irma bar to have while we watched was at least good.
