This property has a “dial a bed” system. The only comparison I can provide is it is like sleeping on a bad air mattress while camping. I tried to find out from the honors 800 number which property types have these; for example is it only Hilton Garden Inn’s-clueless!

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the last several years. It seems to be going down hill. Doesn’t seem up to the Hilton name any longer! No cold water in the lobby, no choice for hot tea, only earl grey.

Hi James,

I am sorry to hear that your latest experience was unsatisfactory. We have switched to complimentary bottled water for all of our guests, this includes chilled bottles located in our Pantry store. Regarding the tea, I am not certain if the kitchen was temporarily out of other varieties as we do normally carry 4 different hot teas in the lobby. We hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

This HGI is one of the better hotels in the area. However, it's starting to show it's age. The staff is great, friendly, accommodating, etc. but some of them seem like it's a lot of effort to wear a smile. Overall a great stay at a fair price.

Your better off staying across the parking lot at the Hampton. You’ll have the same basic rooms for less and won’t have to pay for your breakfast.
I’m a diamond member with Hilton and have spent a majority of my time at Hampton. Although Hampton is a Hilton brand and is supposed to be a step down from a Hilton, I have gotten better service from Hampton.

I am sorry to learn that you weren't satisfied with your experience at our hotel. It is true we operate a restaurant and breakfast is not included in the price of the room, which is why we do have the Hampton Inn located next door. Some travelers do like the convenience of an onsite restaurant featuring breakfast, dinner and room service, while others look for the built in value of an all inclusive price. I do regret we aren't your preferred hotel, but I know that Tammy and her team at the Hampton Inn will take excellent care of you in the future.

Stayed in 1 bedroom suite but there was no door separating the bedroom from the rest of the room which was disappointing. Had problems with rate that was booked- hotel tried to charge us more. When trying to resolve the problem, front desk staff didn’t know how to handle said problem and we just kinda had to wait until we checked out to make sure everything was correct. At check out when trying to explain we wanted to pay cash for the part of our stay that was not authorized on our credit card, front desk clerk didn’t seem to understand how to subtract what was owed from what was authorized. Front desk manager was wonderful and exceeded expectations in correcting the problem. Instead of staying to learn from the experience, the desk clerk (after drumming her fingers on the desk impatiently for approximately a minute) took her coat and went outside.
